I know nothing of Tadcaster Paul - all I can hope is that it is as pretty as this wonderful winter picture
paul: there is no reason you should know tadcaster - apart from the beer of course. Tadcaster is home to 3 breweries including the best of them all - Sam Smiths. This patch of land however is owned by John Smiths who kicked off all the locals who were using it for allotments and now just come by twice a year to spray weedkiller. They can't build on it (greenbelt) and it is too small for them to cultivate, but it wouldn't do to let it be used for anything useful
A lovely shaped tree that looks good adorned in frost.
paul: I don't know why they left this tree standing when they cleared the site, but I am glad they did

It looks lovely
paul: it is Anne, thanks for your comment
Looks like a bit of hdr B&W - nice one.
paul: just upped the contrast a bit in the conversion
A compelling image, but where are the ornaments? smile
paul: I'm not trying to climb that to put a fairy on the top!
