I wonder how you did this, impressive picture, love it.

I made a selection of the car to isolate it from the background. Applied some motion blur to the background. Selected the wheels on the car and gave them a touch of radial bur and then laid another layer on top to simulate a bit of dust created using filter:renderifference clouds. Bit of erasing to smudge the edges, tinker with opacities a little. Oh, and do a respray on the car to make it road rage red rather than mellow yellow

This looks hyperreal - a great effect. Was this down to processing or in-camera exposure?
