the end of the first day



There would not be many opportunities to take photos for a while - it was time to get down to work. We would have a couple of hours of daylight tomorrow to see more of Stanley before our first course started  but at the weekend we would be able to get out of town in search of a penguin...

paul: You caught me - these were all taken around Whitby and the penguins you'll see later were the ones that live at Harewood grin
A fine sunset Paul, and the rock in the foreground adds to it, well seen.
paul: I think the rock looks almost as though I added it in later sad
This has to be the best sunset picture I have seen on shutterchance
