Very interesting photo, Paul.
The little thingies along the edge of the pier look like caricatures of people, heads bowed, looking to the water below..."to jump or not to jump"...

This is a stark but enjoyable image Paul
I like the stark processing, emphasis on the structural strength of the pier.
