Walking up Goodramgate brings us to College Street and College Green which in turn leads us to the Queen's Path taking us up to the Minster. There is quite a bit of restoration work going on there at the moment and you can see the various new bits of masonry being prepared. I wonder where this piece will end up?

I wonder too if this is carved from life? In days of old they certainly did that sort of thing
