I've just got back from driving the North Coast 500 which, as the name suggests is a 500 mile road trip around the far north of Scotland. While February is perhaps not an ideal time to make the trip, it was a fantastic experience. Here are a few memorable moments...
My first day saw me zoom up the east coast. I stopped briefly at Dunrobin castle but I had visited there before and didn't want to wast sunlight. I had a walk planned once I got to John o'Groats which I did in time for a late lunch
