climbing up Rannerdale

We took the weekend off from visiting my mum in the hospice and went to see my father-in-law in his care home instead. But then we headed a bit further north and spend the night by the side of Crummock Water in our van, and for a walk around the lake on the next day

Good healthy exercise
What a beautiful scene. Well worth travelling for.
Great shot... I wish I could see it bigger...
Many years ago I might have tackled this, nowadays I just have to stand and look and enjoy.
Looks like quite a climb!
