How exactly does one sell a waterfall? Very pretty picture.
paul: You get an estate agent it seems. Some developers bought up a load of land around here but then ran into trouble making it work out. Now they are parceling off bits and pieces they think might sell and putting them on the market. I can't see anyone shelling out £15k for this, however pretty it is

What a strange thing to be on sale
paul: That's developers for you
How can anything like that be owned...to sale???? It should already belong to everyone!
paul: No-one will buy it so it doesn't really matter (they want £15k for it!)

A lovely well lit picture Paul
paul: the light was a bit tricky and I'm cross that I couldnt avoid the burned out tones at the bottom of the falls

Glorious shot Paul, love the light smile
paul: it was a lucky day to be there

I should like to buy this and put it in my garden Paul.
paul: £15,000 and it is yours
I'll throw in 50 bucks.
paul: they want a bit more than that
I didn't know you could sell a waterfall. Whoever buys it > will enjoy it. Nice capture.
paul: I think the idea is that it could be harnessed for some kind of hyrdo-electric thing. But the flow is not regular enough to make it work I fear
Nice shot, Paul, I assume this is attached to something else to be for sale.
paul: No, the fall and the pool is for sale by itself - £15k
For sale? What on earth could anyone do with it? Not, I hope set up some nasty touristy cafe on the bank!
paul: A hyrdo-electric scheme for the neighbouring houses is what they have in mind
Trouble is one couldn't take it anywhere else.
paul: and who would want to?
Well you would never be short of water
paul: it depends how much you need - that is why it wont sell. They were hoping for some sort of electricity generating deal but the water flow is not reliable enough
Beautiful image, Paul! Perfect shutter speed to capture it. I love the silky water!
paul: thank you Elizabeth. But I still lost the detail at the bottom of the falls sad
